The app is a good idea but there are problems Often the system is down and when you get to the station your card or app will not work and you will not get rewards that you have earned and they don't let you know in the messages in the app that their system is down So you waste your time going to the station because they can't do it manually then you have to pay full price for gas When you call customer service to let them know that their system isn't working they really don't care very much about your effort and they just tell you to go back to the gas station when the system is fixed Also the app is not adequate to get the discounts at certain stations you must also have the plastic card to swipe. 8 years ago
