Please help! Why do I have to click 3 dots in top right, then click camera settings and wait until camera status says 'ok'? We have to do the same thing on my wife's phone in order to see our cams. 8 years ago

Good ap works well the only let down is the PTZ hit and miss when moving the cameras doesn't move or wont stop have to keep pressing the button, presets work great. 8 years ago

Can the screen be on or can the app be in the background in order to get motion alerts? I can get motion alerts while the app is open and the screen is on, but not any other time. 8 years ago
