I shop at 7-11 all the time and haven’t been able to use this app every time I try and register (with a new email) or log in wirh my old email I get an error message that says “oops sorry we can’t do that right now” or something to that effect. 8 years ago

Tried it and doesn’t work for me, cashier to unable to scan or use the is so I lost out on the rewards and had to pay. 8 years ago

7-11 if you’re going to have a rewards app you should make sure that A) it scans 100% of the time and B) your employees have a way to key it in if it doesn’t. 8 years ago
