I have a free account through my work and am able to login with no trouble on my computer but the app would always claim my username/password was wrong. 8 years ago

Unlike the web version, you can't speed up playback or lock resolution to high-res, so often times the video becomes completely unusable when the video player decides to randomly downgrade the video (without the option to just wait and buffer). 8 years ago
