Great ap / use it all the time - but: Upgrade requires me to get confirmation code emailed to me at log on email address No confirmation code ever received Try to log on says I need conf code that was emailed to me at log on email address Try forgot password route and it says my email address does not exist?! Can't get there from here - guest access works well enough though Update - customer service responded to my post and sorted it out - I have the upgrade working now. 8 years ago
