My app crashes and closes as soon as I tap the app button this just started happening within the last week or so I even tried uninstalling and starting over it will sync one time and then crashes after that. 8 years ago

I reached out to their customer support who emailed me back promptly and told me to send them my proof of purchase and my phone number and they never called me back since. 8 years ago
