Called Vonage Aeveral Times, THEY DO NOT CARE! 80% of calls to Cebu Philippines are not making it through; I pay $29 for 3000 minutes in Globe and network Quality is extremely degraded in las 6-months (way too-many Filipino Subscribers). 8 years ago
