I use it to read textbook material that's not very interesting so the combination of hearing it while I read along helps me retain it the info without having to go back to review as much. 11 years ago

Pros: •It reads document •Free version has a 200 page limit •Speech can be sped up •Voice tone can changed •Can choose male/female voice Cons: •Free version has a 200 page limit (yes, this Pro is a Con too) •Full version couldn't even open my 300 page document (had to save chapters separately to be read) •Changes all my document PDF icons to the ReadAloud icon (and I can't fix it unless I uninstall this app. 11 years ago
